At EMINI, we understand that not every purchase will be a perfect fit. That's why we have a simple and hassle-free return policy that is designed to provide the best possible shopping experience for our customers.

 

If you need to make a return, you must manage it before the established deadline. For online shopping, you have 31 days from the shipping date of your order to return it. The item must be in its original condition and include all labels. We believe that every customer deserves to be fully satisfied with their purchase, and we are committed to making your return as easy and seamless as possible.

SHIPPING

We offer a range of shipping options to ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner. Our shipping rates and estimated delivery times may vary between 5-12 days, depending on the delivery address and item availability. When you place your order, we will show you the available shipping options and the associated costs. Please note that deliveries are only made on working days, and the shipping address of your order must be in the same market/region as where you made the purchase.

It may occur that your orders will be received in multiple deliveries, depending on their availability, so that you can receive your item as soon as possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

HOW TO RETURN

You can request a return from the Returns page on our website.

Once you have made the return request, a return label will be sent to you.

The cost of the return request will be deducted from your refund.

Bear in mind that this option is only available for online purchases.

Including a purchase receipt is not necessary.

HOW DO I PREPARE MY RETURN PACKAGE?

If for any reason you need to make a return, simply follow our easy process outlined in our return policy. If you no longer have the original packaging, you can return your order in any other packaging, as long as it is properly sealed to prevent the items from getting lost. Be sure to include the return label provided and attach it securely to the box. It is not necessary to include a purchase receipt. If you have any questions, our customer service team is happy to help.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS FROM DIFFERENT ORDERS IN A SINGLE SHIPMENT?

You can return items from different orders in the same shipment. Simply select the items you want to return and proceed with the return request procedure. When doing so, please indicate the number of packages you will need for your return.

CONDITIONS FOR MAKING AN EXCHANGE

REFUNDS

When returning an online purchase, you will receive a refund of your order in the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Once the return has been made, a confirmation email will be sent to you 

If more than 14 days have passed and you have not received the refund in your account, please contact us through our contact form.

At emini.store, we accept the following payment methods:

INVOICES

Once the order was placed an invoice will be issued with the details your account registered with. Please remind that your order will be shipped once payment is completed. Payments must be completed within 72 hrs (24 hrs for pre-orders) after the stated period, your item will no longer be on hold. In order to generate an invoice for your company, you have to create an account with your company information.
